Moving to Denmark
Hi, I am British, married to a Dane with 2 kids under 10 (UK nationals too) moving shortly to Denmark. I have had a career break for the last year and have been looking after my kids while we prepare for the move. My husband will be self employed in Denmark. I would be grateful if anyone has any advice for the best route in applying for permanent residence - family reunification or EU residents permanent with collateral given that I have no job and in the light of Brexit ?
In the long term I am more than happy to work again but may need to retrain in a different field first and want to help my kids settle and learn the language.
Many thanks,

I'm not a lawyer or immigration expert but either shouldn't be too difficult. EU citizens should have little difficulty. There's been some high profile cases of difficulty getting family reunification, but those were from non-EU countries. I recommend you check out the official site: https://www.nyidanmark.dk/en-us/comi...nce-permit.htm and also get in touch with the embassy, they're there to help you.
