Does anyone know if they a valid, the webpage looks a little sketchy.

Given that they're advertising a 2 bed apartment by Hyde Park in London for £1200 a month, I'd say it's not a legit website. Unless they just missed a 0 off maybe? :lol:

Yep you are right it is a scam, i was uncertain because when i made a search online there where multiple sides where people had asked and seemed like other people had answered that they where legit, but these sites are fakes as well. Like one that was made so it looked like this Britishexpats.com
