Fish and chips in Skåne?

Fish and chips in Skåne?
Strange question, and very unlikely, I know! But my boys are missing a fish and chip supper! Anyone know of anywhere that does "proper" fish and chips, or something similar?

Just have to make them yourself! I worked in a restaurant in Eskilstuna and the closest I have seen was fish with french fries. Close enough with a cold beer on a summers night.

Yeah, we've done that! My partner is a chef, and the fish was pretty incredible. It's the chips I miss - you know when they go a bit soggy, and just can't be replicated at home? Ah, the things we miss!
