I am Uthra and I have lived int he UK for 7 years. I hold UK drivers License and recently I was offered a new role in Norway and decided to move there.

My UK license is very much accepted by the local Norwegian Laws. However, I am little concerned as I am on full time employment in Norway and cannot see myself returning to the UK anytime soon. Moreover, I hold an Indian passport. My Visa in UK which was on Highly Skilled Migrant Permit has expired as well.

I am not sure if I could change my address to my new Norwegian residence and still hold the UK license or should I have to completely change to Norwegian drivers license??

I travel frequently and hire cars in all the countries I visit. I use my UK drivers license which still has my old UK address which is no longer valid. Can anyone please suggest what should I do.

Would DVLA accept my Norwegian residence and change the address in my Drivers License?

no, you need to renew your license in Norway as that is where you are resident. Effectively changing your UK license for a Noggie one.
