"Worst Friday Brunch in Dubai Award"
Your nominations are invited.......................
I'll start: Horizon restaurant at Amwaj Rotana........... poorly cooked food, watery soup, minimal choice of drinks, dreadful service........... (OK I admit the creme brulee wasn't bad).......
Memo to Rotana management: send someone with a brain cell down to the Al Murooj Rotana next Friday, where the brunch is always superb, and see if you can pick up any tips...........

Al Murooj Rotana, nice looking food lacking in any substantive flavour, there are many more but I can't be arsed to list them

Ok, slightly off-topic, but the worst one in AD is:
Bamboo
Supposedly all the bubbly we could drink. What they had was tepid (anf fairly nasty), and they only had two bottles of it which we ended up sharing with the next table.

The food is pretty good and just keeps coming and coming, there may only be a limited selection of as-much-as-you-want drink, but at 170 pp it's top value!
