Why people dial 999?
Just read an article in gulf news stating that 999 is the most used (or abused) phone number in the UAE, with people calling for info on speed limits, traffic fines, taxi complaints etc etc....
I am sure with the mentality of some people in the UAE, some of the calls must be either incredulous, or just downright stupid.
Can you think of a stupid 999 call someone might make?
