Sorry, I'm in nett and the last few have been slightly lower level Western guys (site CM) and have got lower than this.

We're the kind of firm that say: 55k in Dubai is 50k in India. It's cheaper, yes it's 'not as nice' but accommodation is buttons, so you can have less.

I'd love to get back to the real side of things.

Oofft! 50K in India would go a decent distance!

Depends where you are, decent large apartments in Mumbai are 4-6k USD per month, so there are some pitfalls also. Living costs aside from that are generally lower.
