Default What do you eat?

During the week, two of my meals are identical everyday - only dinner changes.

breakfast - yogurt and granola
lunch - baguette (with bread removed ) with cheese, cucumber and tomatoes

Lunch has been the same for years (at least 6), breakfast is only about 2 years old.

Are you all so consistent, or does it vary more?

This last few weeks I've been having a banana and cereal bar for brekkie, so I can take my pills. Otherwise I never eat brekkie.

Lunch - I normally make rolls, ham and cheese, corned beef, that kind of thing. If not, buy something (baguette / kebab / salad / pasta).

Dinner, normally one of the following:

Lasagna
Chill Con Helmet
Chicken and veg
Stir Fry
Lamb / Beef with veg / salad

When the mrs is away; spag bol every night.

Breakfast is always the same for me, Oats so simple golden syrup and a Cappuccino.

After that its everything and anything that takes my fancy. Only other thing I have everyday as routine is a strawberry milk when I get into work.

I eat what I want when I want (including fast food), weight has never really fluctuated since my late teens (and BMI is good).

That said, I've not had a cholestral test.

Breakfast: 2 or 3 cold fried eggs, a few slices of raw tomato, chopped cabbage, yoghurt. Same for last 9 months.

Lunch: Various Korean delicacies. Always soup (usually consomme-style with green veg), never have any rice, always Kimchi plus some fish or meat (or often both).

Dinner: Recently protein shake pre-workout, protein shake post-workout (with a banana if it was a weights workout, strawberries if cardio).

Supper: Usually tinned sardines, natural yoghurt with strawberries.

When there are so many delicious things to eat, why eat the same every day? Our diet varies massively and I cook all sorts of different things.

breakfast - cereal day in day out, unless I have had a very good sweaty workout the day before then I treat myself to a vegetable sandwich

lunch - no carbs, steal anything from the fridge leftover from last night
protip : carrefour's meal section always has freshly made cucumber and yougurt salad type thing which is amazing, their sausage/veg combo is nice and refreshing, and if your lucky you can sometimes get this thing called cream broccoli which is divine!! who knew I would like broccoli so much
but whatever u get always in very very small portions, like 5 aed worth

after gym - a banana / mango milk combo or noodles

dinner - heres where it all goes bad
a few pints - always and then eat whatever is there but ideally a nice thick steak with boiled veggies atleast twice a week is always welcome

Don't usually do breakfast except on the weekends.

Lunch is usually left overs.

Dinner always varies, but we cook a lot.

Would love a shawarma right now though.

What is all this 'missing breakfast' nonsense from some of you? Nobody should do that, ever. It's also the very best time of day to take in any sort of carbs at all..........
