folks can anyone recommend a good VPN and would i need a proxy server in order to access the VPN?

I'm not the best at IT, but I really don't think that a VPN can be installed on the salik tag as theres no USB plug.

Are you trying to use the Salik overseas?

You might need to clarify fairly quickly what "it" is that you want sorted out unless you really are looking for some very dubious offers...
