Re: a bit more art for you
OK, when you edit your post in the tool bar above the window where you type you will see a yellow icon with a picture of the sun over the mountains.
Click on that, and then past the url of the picture you want displayed (get the picture up in another tab or window in explorer, and then just copy/paste the web address from the title bar). The url should end with the letters .jpg as that will be the filename of the picture.
If it doesn't work first time you can always edit the post and monkey around until you get it right.
