Very Nice Ambience
On our last evening in Dubai for a while, I took the girls to watch an African Childrens Choir perform at Dubai Mall last night. Afterwards, we had a Japanese meal at Souk Al Bahar before returning across the lovely footbridge over the lake to watch the musical fountain show from the balcony of TGI Fridays. What a fantastic place to eat a burger for AED28! Obviously, the soushi didn't fill me up.The girls thoroughly enjoyed the view, the balcony being on the second floor of the Mall but effectively on the fourth floor of the building looking directly onto the fountains. For those who haven't been, the fountain shows last only a few minutes but are done every half hour to different musical accompaniments. Our favourite was the Andrea Bocelli performance. Surprised that TGI don't charge extra for the view. Well worth the trip. Just thought I would share that with you before flying off into the sunset.

Do you mean the Mango watsit? We looked at the menu but seemed a little pricey (one of the main course items was AED225). However, they do a good Friday brunch for less than AED200 apparently.
