Taxi, Uber in DQ
How do I get the guards to let a taxi or Uber through to pick me up inside the DQ? With no car, I'm trapped!

The "Diplomatic Quarter" is an area in Riyadh reserved for foreigners. Advice to OP - get in touch with one of the flashier taxis, a so-called "limousine" and he will do all the groundwork for you.
