Spit-roasting
So one of the reasons I bought my big badass cooker was it has a rotisserie thing, you know for spitroasting chickens,
I'm going to use it tonight for the first time, do you still cook at the same time and heat?

Re: Spit-roasting
I had a spit roast once, but it was a whole pig with an apple in it's mouth.
Very nice, the crackling was amazing, of course it was cooked outside, I think it was on like Guy Fawkes night or something back at home.
