Not really no. I only respond to the white dudes. Most are visitors. After some chatting it's easy to suss them out. The married ones, for example, who are a major no-go for me, as are the money boys who are pretty easy to spot.

Qatar is similar to the UAE. Keep it behind doors, nothing will happen. They're not interested in two white expats hooking up. Not worth the effort, not worth the headache (embassies involved, DM headlines).
