Shwarmas at the house - Dubai?

Shwarmas at the house - Dubai?
Advanced planning for party in the garden when the weather finally cools down - Does any one have any recommendations/contacts for a Shwarma man who can set up his gear at the house - any ideas how much they charge? (Lazy man's alternative to BBQ! 
)
I can wander around Satwa/Karama and ask, but thought I'd try here first.

I just asked the guy in the shwarma place next to the Yorke. Keep an eye on the cheeky chappies as I caught them trying to make off with half a case of beer.
We also hired a guy to be a barman at one party and he was AWESOME. Did drinks, walked around with nibbles, tidied up spilt drinks, lit ciggarettes. Honestly he was top drawer and deservedly got a good tip. I can prob find his number if you want.

I can also thoroughly recommend Eat and Drink...
A mate had them for a birthday party last year and now, every time someone plans on getting a shwarma man in, everyone we know just goes to them..
They'll do shwarma fresh, they dont need anything from you when they get there, they'll stay as long as you need them for and take round anything else you want, spring rolls, rice etc....
AND they leave the leftovers for you, I lived off "shwarma fried rice" for a couple of days after the last party round my place.....

Any Idea of the cost, do they go on a per person or hourly rate?
