All seemed very quiet & normal in Riyadh considering the funeral an'all.

Some chopper (heli's) activity over me last night but apart from that no national day(s) of mourning that i'm aware of.

Even Saudi colleagues seemed unusually matter of fact about the whole thing.

Saudi does not give days off for anything except the Eids and National Day. I was there when King Fahd expired and work just continued as usual.
