Default Qatar Supplies

Just received this from a colleague of mine with reference to food suplies going into Qatar, and this is besides all the other goods he is sending;

We are flying 4000 x 2 litre bottle of milk in each week for our main customer there, since they closed the border

About to start flying 1000 x 1 litre bottles daily for Qatar air catering facility at DOH

Most of the rest of the milk in the market is from Turkey, and is poor. Can’t imagine what the Saudi dairy farms in the eastern region are doing with their surplus, pouring it away, I guess

Also flying around a ton of veg each week for Tesco, but our Dutch friends are sending in a 747 freighter full of fruit and veg most nights

Ah, I was wondering which compost pile in Europe our latest vegs were coming from. C-4 must be doing a roaring trade with some black market mafiosos.

And some more;

the Qatar Air shed at LHR is absolute chaos, they trucked 5 pallets up to Edinburg for us last week, at their expense because the flights ex LON were so chocker

Trouble is that with a full load of pax that A380 has poor cargo capability if everyone max’s out their luggage allowance

Shouldn't be any surprise. It's the annual buy out Harrods summer shopping trip.
