When I was a kid in Bahrain, I remember buying the cassette tape for 'Macarena' (haha) and the bikini-clad bodies of the sunbathing-women on the cassette cover had been tip-exed out (by some regulatory-authority I presume). I was only 7 and didn't understand why the women were sunbathing with towels on.
