Predictions for Nov-December 2017
I'm pretty sure no one on 1 January 2017 would have expected the year to turn out the way it did (UK politics, FYI). It's not even funny to look at the paper headlines anymore.
So what do you think will happen by Christmas? What new scandals? Will the government fall?

Ah, I see some interesting movements going on over in Saudi.
Can't really comment. But perhaps others can? Will it (hopefully, please god, please god, please god, ) lead to the end of the Qatari embargo.

Abdullah's son and his coterie ousted, Hariri dumped, Walid bin Talal arrested? Aside from the amusement factor I can't see how that has any effect on the Qatar situation.

I might change jobs, which will be interesting. By change jobs, what I mean is, I might resign because I've had enough and then spend my couple of months notice desperately searching, or setting up for myself.
Other than that, shit loads more top celebs get correctly punished for getting blowies from people wanting to further their careers now that they aren't needed by the aforementioned people to further their careers anymore.
Maybe some good end of year TV with titles like; "8 / 9 Months since we pulled the Brexit trigger: What the ****'s actually happened?"

Hadn't thought about that.
Just getting to a point here where I see no growth or progression and I'm about to be shafted out of an 18month long wait for promotion I think. If I do get it I won't get the pay rise in line with that grade either, so I'm going to be pissed off regardless.
Anyway. We'll see. I'm going to start throwing some threats around and see if they give a shit.

To prevent this from going on for another five pages, Scamp bought a Ford Explorer. Just like the one he used to have. He only uses it to cart his golf clubs to the course once a week. He's also now thinking about resigning without another job lined up. All clear?
