The Pearl - calling your property folk !
I can't remember what went on other than the original plan didn't work and it was demolished. Now there are plans to rebuild is that right? a pal of mine told me that she has friends who are tendering to build - is that a good idea in light of what happened the last time? can anyone remember the ins and outs?

Point is where is the money to build the Pearl going to come from? Long delays in paying contractors is very common....can they cope with this?
