onshore/ offshore companies
Does anyone here have experience in setting up an onshore and offshore company.
I want to hold some IP offshore, and provide onshore services.

I have a co in Belize, Bank Account there, debit card here, sell anywhere, if via web it doesn't matter where you are. Do it from your (en-suite) bog if you want to.
Cost me around $4,000 set up if i recall - 3 years back though.
