The art of tea making is being lost. When's the last time you had a first flush flowery orange pekoe - with proper leaves, a pre-warmed pot with tea cosy and a tea strainer?

I brought back some gorgeous tea from Nepal - it's so good that I've been drinking it in the evenings instead of the customary wine??????
