Haha...'twas in the Middle East not Scotland. Braveheart was accurate battlewise: Scotland 1 (Stirling Bridge) versus England 1 (Falkirk). The romantic interludes were historically inaccurate though! The English princess was about 3 yrs old at the time...but Wallace was an educated man and did speak early Scots, French and Latin.
Then again my scottish history is shite due to the fact that I did it in Wales and England and Wales don't really give a hoot about the whole england Vs Scotland thing.

...and English footballers too...there were two world cups in which Scotland competed and in which England failed to qualify ! England has 10x the population to select a team from. But then, Norway has a smaller population than Scotland...so just a poor team effort in the latter's case on Wednesday.
