Kuwait was ranked as the 23rd least stressful city in the world and coming second in the region just behind Abu Dhabi (not sure how does a dry cleaning company in the UK decide upon an international survey !) Next week survey a cup cake store come out with the World Economic Index ! |

I can't imagine any of the big Gulf cities being in the top 30. Portland,Or. in the US was the least stressfull for me.
