Everyone I speak to in a certain couple of JV's says they've got it / expect it / told they've got it / think they've got it / have heard from someone else that they've got it.....never ceases to make me chuckle.
Although, the amount of work I've put into one contractor and their needs makes me hope that they have bloody got it!

It's already gone to one of the above. Further to someone on here telling me why it was certain, I know of a subbie that were due to meet one of the contractors in the first consortium. It got cancelled because it's been awarded to one of the others.
