Beach Rotana. Found it in the Entertainer. Just an escape really so probably won't leave the hotel - it doesn't look up to too much but I just want a sunbed and a beer.

Did you buy it or get the free one?
I just paid for it, few people I know have it and recommend it. I'm thinking for 2 people it gets me 50% off the bill. Apparently Teatro in Dubai is very good so worth it for that alone perhaps.

I have a Rotana Rewards Select Card, whatever it means. I got it when I was staying often at the Rotana in Doha and wanted to build up points to get free rooms when travelling elsewhere.

I don't want or care if there is a beach because I don't really like the beach and if I did I'd go to the free one down the road and save the cash.

I do like sunbeds though, because I can lie on one and read a book, play sudoku, read the news, have a beer, have lunch, chat to the mrs and generally do very little.

Sunbed could be in the sun or the shade or next to a pool or in a park. It's a bed at the end of the day, for lying on and doing nothing. That's what I want this weekend.

Yeah, that's the freebie one I think.
Probably gets you a deal on the wifi.

One I got is 1050 AED for the year and gets discounts and points as well etc.

The Rotana Exclusive card is great but to get the best value pay for everything as you go (cash or card) and don't just sign everything off to your room.
