Hairfall should be hair fall but 'tis a word:

Hair growth is cyclical and not continuous. At the end of the cycle (telogen phase) existing hairs are pushed out their follicles by by new (replacement) hairs growing underneath.

Most people lose about 40 to 100 hairs a day, which is called hair fall but not hair loss.

When hair fall exceeds 120 hairs per day your hair fall is now becoming hair loss.

Generally, if you find more than about 40 hairs on your comb, brush or pillow each day...you are in hair loss mode.

...amazing the internet !

What about ads that don't make grammatical sense............

.......like the Qatar Airways weather forecast ad on Sky News:

"This morning, over Ho Chi Minh City, will wake with severe marmalade........."

I pay money to see that.

In fact, there's quite a few places I'd like to see slathered in a surprise blanket of shit - but I don't think Qatar would deliver on that one
