No,no....a little bit doesnt work.The trick is to string as many together in one breath.Making up your own when you run out of them also adds to the relief.

If you start shouting and screaming could be seen as losing control of the situation. Ive always been taught to breathe slowly and deeply (counting up to 10) and speaking very quietly (however it doesnt work 100% of the time !).

Depends on whether you are in a public or private situation.
In private, it reckon it is far healther to vent.
