...hmmm, just had lunch at burj al hamam, in the new plaza opposite jumeirah beach park...it was really, really good - more than passed the medusa fattoush test, and would defo pass the confucius hummus/bread test...
not licensed, but hey, you can't have everything...
the whole complex is full of restaurants, bit of an odd concept i reckon...

It's one of the top 3 restos in Lebanon actually...And now we already have 2 of them here in Dubai: Karam (MOE next to Apres) and now Burj Al Hamam...
The only remaining one is Mounir, which these days is equal no. 1 back with BAH...And, Mounir only opens in the Spring/Summer season cause it's in the mountains...
i recommend you try the "habra nayye" dish with garlic sauce...I'm sure it will take you off your lamb taboo...
