Disagree. Dressing 'appropriately' is often a good thing. I am no longer in my 20s, so some things are just silly, but neither am I an old granny.

Style & class are much more important than following fashion, or even flashing lots of flesh all the time.

I often buy at Forever 21 and I am twice that age...you just have to search very carefully but there is enough stuff that is suitable for my agegroup...
I do agree that basic, classy fits are best, but combine them with a trendy colour and some nice accessories...

I don't know Forever 21, but agree totally with your last sentance. I do buy a few bits & pieces from high street fashion stores. You can make cheap clothes look better with decent shoes & bag. One should never wear cheap shoes, apart from flip-flops.

and Forever 21 has a lot of crappy clothes, but some surprisingly good stuff but you need to be in the mood to search through the enormous amount they have.....and they are good if you need a not so common colour basic shirt to pimp up a dull outfit for a couple of dhs...
