Hmm. Second time you've used this word. I'm trying to decide whether it is your own construction meaning "family-itis", ie an aversion to one's kin or an obscure reference to archaic latin usage of familatis from the prototype familiáris, & hoc familiâre which would suggest an aversion to being common.....
