You are presumably aware of the legality of sharing here in the UAE. Does your Landlord know or are you the owner? Do you really mean a room mate (ie. sharing a room) or somebody sharing the apartment with their own bedroom? Have you tried Expat Woman or, if you are feeling risky, expatriates.com?
