There's talk that Dubai Investment Capital is one of the 3 potential buyers for Honda.....

They do...They got around £10bn in assets (£13bn pre crisis) and you can bet your granny that the Maktoums are willing to fork up some money to gatecrash the Abu Dhabi/Ferrari party next year
Besides, there have been calls on F1 teams to lower costs so expenses might not be that high really.
