UAE public holidays for 2017 listed here: https://financialuae.me/2017/01/03/u...days-for-2017/

The only dry nights are the religious holidays (excl the start of Ramadan and in RAK which makes up its own rules) so no more than a mere five nights a year.

One thing we definitely know is when the dry day in Dubai will be: authorities have confirmed this will begin from sunset on Thursday September 21 until sunset on Friday September 22.

That's the brunch plans up the swanny then.
