Default Getting a loan

I am leaving my job in 3 weeks and need to repay my housing allowance, also my new place doesn't give you the allowance so I'll need a loan for about AED 40,000 to be paid off in 7 or 8 monthly installments, then once done I'll need another years loan,

who/where is the best place to go for this? I am currently banking with HSBC over here.

Ta.

Why not sit down with your HSBC Personal Banking Officer or whatever their Customer Services people call themselves?

They're all equally useless - best to stick with HSBC, as your salary is already credited with them and they know you...

Well I have been here 8 months and had an account for longer (through opening it in the UK), and today I got an email from my account manager introducing himself?!?!?! "As a valued customer....blah blah" and my favourite bit "providing a globally connected service"....thanks chaps!

Although having said all that, surely worth sticking with one bank for as much as possible, even if it is only so you need to go to one place to transact/complain/explain etc etc???

Dunno if this is just a deal thru my work, but I was automatically cleared for a lending limit of 250K AED when I opened my acct with HSBC.
