yup - been in our apartment for 5 years now - never had to pay this tax fee...

This should have always been the case, but the municipality were lax about it. We have not paid any in six years, until this month. Our new places DEWA Bill has gone up from around 200dh a month to just over 1000dh. Another way of squeezing more out of us.

My DEWA bills are about 450dhs in the winter and 1500 in the summer that is a 4 bedroom villa with a pool, but I don't have a chiller.
