What Makes European Chicken Cartilage Different?
European Chicken Cartilage is our only available source of Type II Collagen. Gelatin, glucosamine sulfate, and chondroitin sulfate provide only Type I Collagen which does not work as effectively with immune-system-related and joint injury forms of arthritis. A further discussion of the differences between osteoarthritis, joint injury arthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis is at the bottom of this document.
