Another classic from my fav phone company.
Was wondering why everyone I called yesterday morning was engaged so did a bit of investigating, internet was ok, incoming calls were ok but could only get engaged tone on outgoing calls.
l called etishite on my mobile to discover they had cut me off for not paying my phone bill.
Ok no biggie, thats fair enough, so i asked which bill i'd forgotten to pay and how long it had been overdue.................
Yup you guessed it, it was yesterdays bill and had been outstanding for a total of about 12 hrs, how silly of me to forget when i hadnt even got the bill yet

The alternative company isn't much better.........
You can even get hold of them on their customer service - was on hold yesterday for 15 mins - got fed up as I had just spend another 15 mins on hold with pervious call and hubby wonders what I do all day
