Earth hour and Festival of light
OK so Dubai is encouraging people to switch off their lights for an hour on March 29, great!

And Dubai has The Festival of Light from March 20 - 29, to illuminate over 120 hectares of downtown plus new lights on Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, great!
