Coxy"gymfreak"Bear!
Ive got a cross trainer looking at me...staring me out actually.Back home I had one where you could really swing your legs up but this is just like riding a bike standing up with your arms going skiing....anyway...what muscles does this exactly hit?Is it just your arms, thighs and ass?I was hoping my stomach was going to be involved in this!!??

Generally it will work out your quads, thighs and calfs, as well as your biceps, triceps and shoulders..
It is designed to be a low impact, low density workout, that will improve your general fitness.
Personally I'd say f**k it. Looks like hard work. Have another doughnut instead.

It's classed as an 'aerobic trainer'.

If it is the type of trainer I am thinking of, you can also shift your weight backwards and keeping your bum tight you will exercise your gluts or if you push more with the arms to focus on the upper body. It won't really help your stomach although by burning more calories you should lose some body fat.

If you want stomach exercises, the best is '6 Second Abs'.

Ok.....I made it to the end of song 5 of the sugababes cd!!
I actually think that is quite good for a first try.....it also clearly states that if it is your first time you should do no longer than 10 minutes..before anyone starts on me.
Oh,and my "quads" are shaking!....hard work!
