Similar to the very bad oil paintings favored by southern Italian immigrants in the USA in the 1950s.

Looks like the painter has died and gone through the arch, wich I assumne is gate to the other side since its in the clouds.

Yet more evidence of a lack of any taste. Those will look lovely next to the faux louis 14 commodes and Perspex tables with frilly tissues holders.

Thought: the depiction of the human form being haram has somewhat hampered art in the region.
The height of Islamic art was several hundred years ago and regional "art" is only now seeing a resurgence but the oppression of artists by numerous countries is likely to kill it again.
