Average Villa rents...
According to GN Business today the average rent for a 3 bed villa is now 305'000, 4 bed is 375'000 and 5 bed is 465'000.
I'm paying 145'00 for a 4 bed in Umm Sequim but getting evicted in February.:curse:
Think it's time to pack me bags and set off for destinations unkown!

Sickening. Spent 6 years in that villa. My daughter has lived 1/2 her life there and he wants to turn it into commercial property. Just what Dubai needs, more bloody real estate agents!:curse:

we moved out of our villa two and a half years ago and got an apartment when they were still relatively cheap - 85k for a 2. I am doing some relocation work and my client has a budget of 350k, wants Jumeirah, not a sausage!
