Hi All,

I have been away for a couple of year but I am coming back for a wee holiday with some friends.

We are trying to schedule a whole days drinking at happy hour prices.

I know Captain's Arms is between 16:00-19:00, so where to go before and after.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks seven seas. I can imagine the temp outside but am going with a gin and vodka monster who have no intention of being outside except going between taxi and bar.

Captains is the only one we know about but not necessarily staying there. We are looking to start at lunchtime and trying for midnight on cheap booze.

Heros has a much better happy hour - and their beer doesn't leave me feeling ill the next day no matter how much I drink.

I'm re-starting my social lubrication group in AD soon...always looking for new places to have a few after work in polite company.

Cheapest beer that i found - 17 dhms a pint and a choice of "bar company" lol
