Vietnamese coffee

Vietnamese coffee
Due to a short-sighted shop assistant (or possibly a dyslexic one) at the Algerian Coffee Store in Soho, I've acquired 500g of Vietnamese coffee ground for an espresso machine. It should have been Viennese.
The store is sending me replacement Viennese coffee and has told me to keep the Vietnamese, with their compliments.
It's roasted with sugar.
The only recipes I can find for it involve condensed milk, which sounds revoltingly sweet. Does anyone know of a less nauseating way of consuming it?

Re: Vietnamese coffee
Vietnamese coffee is delicious.
I adore the one with condensed milk but understand some may find it too sweet.
Just omit the milk or enjoy iced:

Might have a little difficulty sourcing the apparatus but should be able to find online.

Thanks.
The Algerian Coffee Stores sell the apparatus as well, but I'm not inclined to invest, since I only acquired the coffee by accident. Since it is ground to espresso consistency, I'll probably use my Bialleti.
