To attach a photo, under the quote box is additional options - one of these is attach files, and there is a button that says 'manage attachments'.

If you click on this you should get a pop up window, with the first option being 'upload files from your computer' and a browse option. Click on the browse until you find your pic and click open, then click upload. Once you see the file attached you can close the pop up window and hit 'submit reply' as normal.

(There is also a 'manage attachments' menu on the reply box, but mine doesn't work - think the steps are the same though )
