There's a joke about newspapers. It is of 1960s vintage and more than a bit dated nowadays, but it goes like this:
The Times is read by the people who run the country. The Daily Telegraph is read by the people who used to run the country and think they still do. The Guardian is read by people who think they ought to be running the country.
The Daily Mail is read by people who think the people who read the Daily Telegraph ought to be running the country. The Daily Express is read by the wives of the people who read the Daily Mail. The Mirror is read by people who think that the people who read The Guardian should be running the country, and the people who read the Sun don't care who is running the country as long as it's got big tits.
