I submitted it around June 10, 2016 and received the approval at Nov. 10, 2016. It's about 5 months for my case.

I submitted a Direct Application on 15 Dec 16 as a 50 year old Australian using the Monthly Government Pension option and received my Conditional Letter of Offer today (dated 5 Apr 17). So just short of 4 months for me. Happy to get the approval before any changes that have rumoured
