Be aware that many of these car dealer/salesmen are not very positive about MM2H sales due to the paperwork involved.

SushiFan is right, many lazy guys around. Just make sure you know what you want and tell them if they don´t comply you just take another dealer.
What you want from Nissan will be this:
Nice discount of some thousand RM, the premium accessory package for RM 1 and all paperwork done by them.
Toyota is quite similar, maybe not so much discount but free tinting.
