Apartment buildings with squash courts in Penang
I am arriving in Penang at the end of May and am looking to rent an apartment that has a squash court facility. I have found many to look at on propertyguru site and am wondering if anyone has lived in or are aware of apartment blocks with good quality squash court that they could recommend. At this time am looking at Miami Green, The Reef, Diamond Villa and Seaview Gardens. (around Batu Ferringhi through to Straits Quay). Prepared to look at other areas.

Miami Green has a squash court, but I don't know the quality of it.
Long term rentals for 3br, appr 100m2 in MG are from RM 1600 and upwards.
