Need some help here!!
My wife is an EEA member and we were living in the UK since 2008 with legal status to stay and work. She got a residence card and I got a Visa in my Passaport. My wife got pregnant on Jan/ 2011 and we decide to have our baby out of UK.She leave UK on May/2011. I leave UK on Aug/2011 to meet her for the baby's birth. So, my wife now has completed 12 months out of UK and I have completed 9 months.
If we wish to come back to UK now, what sort of complications we gona face?Did we loose any rigths?
Thanks for any answer.

Firstly you dont say your nationality. Secondly, if your wife is an EU citizen then she has every right to live and work in the UK. She doesnt need a visa. Afaik, if you are the husband of an EU citizen then you qualify for the same rights, although to be perfectly honest I dont know the details of how it is done. What kind of visa do you have?
The visa in my passaport says " Residence card of a family member of an EEA national" and will expire on Sep/2014.
As you said, my wife have no problem to enter because she is an EEA, but, still, she is out of UK for 12 months now and I'm out for 9 months. The only doubt is if we can enter in the UK without problems, even considering that we do not have any job in UK at the moment.
Thanks

I would have thought that you would have had to apply for residency or such like as a dependent spouse of an EU resident
I'm guessing you should be speaking to a company that specialises in these things
